I just paid $2.00 to read all of the same info that is on anabolicmen.com for free. Not one piece of advice can be found in this book that isn't on the website. They just jammed all of the articles off of the website, literally word for word, into a "book". Disappointing. 2 stars because the info is very useful, but nothing new that sets it apart from the website.
